The good news is, I completed the 100,000 meters holiday indoor rowing challenge, which I have done a number of times over the years.

The bad news is, I was going for 200,000 meters (rowed between Thanksgiving and Christmas).
I stupidly pulled my back muscles at practice this week. I’m out until it heals. 😢
I’m mostly embarrassed because I have managed to avoid this kind of injury for 20 years. Usually I just catch a cold and can’t finish my 200k, lol.
I’m also frustrated because I did my Holiday Hustle 6k 12 seconds faster than last year. I also shaved 19 seconds off my 2k.

Back injuries are not something I’ve dealt with before (Thank you good posture and good luck) so I’m figuring all that out. I hope it doesn’t go on too long. But right now, I’m walking around like I’m 105.
Advice welcome!
